Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of FullStackSEO.com. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be able to enter a binding agreement and must use the service for lawful business purposes.

You are responsible for accurate account information, activity under your account, and protecting passwords, API keys, publishing secrets, and connected systems. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Prices and included usage are shown at checkout. The standard trial costs $1 for the first three days and then renews at the displayed monthly subscription price unless cancelled before renewal. Stripe processes payments and may store the payment method for recurring charges.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from Billing in the dashboard; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Taxes may be added where required. Failed or reversed payments may suspend access.

Monthly plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee for the initial subscription payment. Request it within seven days of that charge by emailing [email protected] from the account email. One-time usage-credit purchases are non-refundable after credits have been consumed, except where law requires otherwise.

The service uses automated systems to research, draft, revise, and publish content. Generated output may contain errors, outdated information, or unsuitable claims. You are responsible for reviewing output, obtaining any needed permissions, and deciding whether it is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for your business.

Connecting a publishing destination authorizes FullStackSEO.com to send content and media to that destination according to your settings. You remain responsible for your website, backups, editorial approval, disclosures, and compliance obligations.

You retain ownership of material you submit and the final content generated for your account. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, transmit, and publish that material to provide the service. FullStackSEO.com and its software, design, documentation, and trademarks remain ours or our licensors'.

Trust Network participants choose whether to request, accept, place, or remove links. We may verify technical link attributes, but we do not guarantee that another member will participate, keep a link live, or improve rankings. You must not buy, sell, automate, or manipulate placements in violation of search-engine policies or applicable law.

Third-party services, including Stripe, AI providers, search-data providers, email providers, WordPress, and hosting platforms, operate under their own terms. Their availability and decisions are outside our control.

You may not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware or spam, deceive readers, impersonate others, probe or disrupt systems, bypass limits, expose credentials, publish unlawful or harmful material, or generate content for sites you do not control. We may investigate abuse and limit or suspend access when necessary to protect users or the service.

We work to keep the service reliable, but features may change, pause, or fail. Search rankings, traffic, AI answers, backlinks, publishing results, and business outcomes depend on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee rankings, revenue, mentions, or uninterrupted service.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, FullStackSEO.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, security risk, legal requirement, or non-payment. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
